We Hate Being Photographed! Can You Help Us?
This is one of the most common things couples say when we meet.
Don’t worry, I know how to help you relax and enjoy your time with the camera.

How Many Images Will We Receive?
Typically I will deliver 80 to 100 photos per hour, that’s after editing!
There are no restrictions as to how many photos I’ll take on a wedding day.
For 8 hours of coverage on your day you can expect to receive 640-800 edited images.
How Long Does It Take To Receive Our Photos?
I deliver low res digital photos in two to four weeks, then follow up with your chosen set of prints that accompany the USBs containing your high res files three weeks later. An album takes around eight weeks from design to delivery.

How Much Experience do you Have?
I’ve been a professional photographer for thirty years.
I started in commercial photography. Fifteen years ago I shot my first wedding and I’ve specialised in wedding photography ever since.
I’m highly experienced and you’ll be in safe hands on your wedding day.
Over the years I’ve learned a great deal about what’s important to couples and what to anticipate.
It’s all about showing initiative, being well prepared and a proactive problem-solver.
I aim make the most of every moment of your special day.
Will You Be Our Actual Photographer On The Day?
Yes. From planning and shooting, to editing and album design we will be working together directly. I never outsource my services.
Do you Travel for Weddings?
I love to travel!
I shoot Hunter Valley weddings, Blue Mountains weddings, Central Coast weddings and Southern Highlands weddings.
Wedding photography has taken me from Australia to Singapore and Bali, to Japan and Germany.
If you’re planning a destination wedding let me know. I’ll research travel and accomodation expenses close to where you’ll be staying and prepare a custom quote for you.

How Do We Book You?
The first step is to prepare a formal quote for your consideration.
A 30% deposit is then required to secure your date.
For every payment made you will be provided with a receipt.
How Can We Pay You?
My contract will include bank details for an online transfer.
When is the Balance of Our Payment Due?
Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day.
Do you Photograph Same-Sex Weddings?
Yes I do. Love is Light is for everybody!
Our Venue Requires Insurance, Are you Insured?
Yes, I have public liability insurance which covers me for $20 million. Please ask for my Certificate of Currency, venues often request to see this in advance of your wedding day.
If We Can’t Meet In Person What Can We Do?
Not a problem! I often have Zoom chats with couples when we can’t get together in person. It works very well.
We will all have a good sense of each other's personalities and you’ll know if I am the right wedding photographer for you.
